One Bedroom Suites
Ideal for couples or small families, our one-bedroom suites offer a comfortable, open layout with a private main bedroom and bunks for the kids. Most units also feature a pull-out sofa bed. Enjoy a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony with stunning views of Lake Bryan.
Two Bedroom Suites – Sunrise View
Wake up to lakefront sunrises in one of our east-facing, two-bedroom Sunrise Suites. These unique condo units offer one of the largest layouts in our Blue Heron complex, featuring a main bedroom with an ensuite and views of Lake Bryan, a separate second bedroom, and a third bunk room area. Located exclusively in Tower 2, these spacious suites include nearly 1,400 square feet of living space and double-wide balconies accessible from the living room or main bedroom. Each suite has two bathrooms, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size and small appliances—including a dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer.

Need a little more space and a different perspective? Our corner two-bedroom suites offer all the comforts of home with views facing north, south, or west. These suites are perfect for guests who prefer afternoon sunlight or a peek at the city lights after dark.
